We craft artisanal ales and lagers from the finest ingredients.  Using mountain water, proprietary yeast strains, whole cone hops, and malted barley. We often use local ingredients from local farms to produce a wide variety of beers like watermelon wit, cherry porter, honeysuckle cantaloupe!  Granite Falls Brewing also has a world class gastropub on site producing award winning menu items prepared by chef/Brewmaster Stephen Loe, graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.

11) Herbville and Crane Farm

We grow a variety of herbs, vegetables, and berries including blueberries, black rasberries and more. We make our BBQ Sauce and rub, herbal teas made from herbs grown on the farm.  We also have about 400 logs of shitaki mushrooms growing now.  Our neighbors, Link Farm, work closely on a variety of tasks including restoring and converting an old tobacco barn into a roadside farm stand.  The name will be "Little Grace Chapel Roadside Stand.  Link Farm includes 16, 000  strawberry plants, corn, potatoes and more.

13) Six Waterpots Winery

Tour the vineyard and experience the stories told on care of the vines including: trimming, fertilizing and harvesting. Then tour the winery to see how the fruit travels from sorting, crushing and processing through to the wine bottle. Enjoy a wine tasting with Dawn's famous cheese ball and live piano music provided by Jim Sullivan. Muscadine and fruit wines are available for purchase. Bring a picnic and enjoy it with a glass of wine by the pond.

We strive to preserve agricultural heritage! Come learn about heritage breed poultry! Visitors will hear about incubation, brooding baby chicks, building coops, and rotating chickens on pasture.  We welcome you to come learn about heirloom vegetables and why perennials are valuable.

We will have our diary goats on stands showing how we milk, and showing our herd. We will exhibit our pastured game fowl and poultry. We will show our aquaponic growing techniques and greenhouses. Bee hives can be seen working. We will have fresh pressed cider and offer products for sale.
